Founded in 1992, Milford Regional Physician Group (MRPG) is one of the largest and most respected physician practice groups serving the MetroWest and Blackstone Valley regions. We are proud of our longstanding partnership with Milford Regional Medical Center and our corporate affiliation with UMass Memorial Health, which together support our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of community settings.

MRPG includes more than 130 physicians and 85 advanced practice providers, supported by dedicated staff across 43 outpatient locations. Many of our physicians hold faculty appointments at top medical schools in New England and have earned recognition for their academic and clinical excellence.

Our group is anchored by a strong foundation in primary care—including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and adolescent medicine—while also offering a broad range of specialties such as obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, orthopedics, pulmonology and critical care, rheumatology, sleep medicine, sports medicine, urology, and urogynecology.

To meet the growing need for accessible, same-day care, MRPG operates five convenient Urgent Care locations in Milford, Medway, Hopkinton, Franklin, and Northbridge.
