Attention Milford Regional Physician Group Patients:

We are excited to announce that on April 1, 2026,  Milford Regional Physician Group will transition to UMass Memorial’s state-of-the-art electronic medical record system, called Epic.  At the same time, we will also switch to UMass Memorial’s patient portal, myChart.

Patient Gateway

• You can continue to access and view your information in Patient Gateway, however, as part of our transition to myChart, you won’t be able to access some of the features in Patient Gateway, as of March 20, 2026. See the email that was recently sent to all Milford Regional patients.  

myChart

• If you already have a UMass Memorial myChart account, you can link it to your Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway account. Doing so will allow you to view your information from both organizations in one place. Watch the “Linking Your Accounts” video to learn how.

• If you do not have a myChart account, please sign up!
  • Call 855-UMASS-MD (855-862-7763)
  • Self-Enroll via the UMass Memorial Health website 
  • Starting April 1, 2026, you can also sign-up for myChart in your provider’s office.
