COVID-19 PATIENT AND VISITOR UPDATE

In an effort to protect our patients, providers, and staff from additional exposure, we have made the decision to limit the number of visitors in all of our offices, including urgent care, effective immediately.

• For pediatric visits, only one parent or guardian may accompany their child
• For adults who need assistance with patient care, one companion/aide may accompany the patient
• For OB appointments, one support partner may accompany the patient
• For those who DO NOT fall into one of the above categories, please do not arrive to your medical appointments with additional friends or family members.

As a reminder, MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, covering the nose and mouth when visiting our offices.
